Submissions


General ASMP members can submit:

• Six Images: 300 pixels on the longest dimension @ 72 dpi, JPG, 45K or less after saved, name the files "yourname#.jpg" . Also, create a second set where each image is 65 pixels on the longest dimension. Hint: Use Adobe Image Ready for best quality and smallest size.

  Corporate	Landscape	Sports
  Digital	Location	Still Life

  You must submit your specialties in order to appear in an ASMPWNY.com "Search by Specialty".
  
  

• Member Name, e-mail, phone, and city are automatically listed with the information you submit.
  
  
• Text Description about you and your business. Please limit to 50 words.

How to Submit: IMAGES via mail on CD Up to 6 images, up to 6 specialities, text description and your name to: Tim Wilkes ASMP Western NY c/o Tim Wilkes Photography 11 Centre Park Rochester, NY 14614 Images, Text Description & Specialty Updates via e-mail tim@timwilkes.com You MUST submit your specialties in order to appear in an ASMPWNY.com "Search by Specialty". * Portfolios are FREE and a benefit of your membership in ASMP Western New York. * ASMP cannot help you create your image file. You can submit new images twice a year for free. * The Board of Directors of ASMP Western New York reserves the right to reject portfolio images and text based upon inappropriate content or quality. * Images may be sent on CD or by email, but PLEASE follow sizing guidelines. * Specialties and Text Descriptions may be sent via e-mail.

Image Specifications:

300 pixels on the longest dimension for Large Size, 65 pixels on the longest dimension for Thumb Size (horizontal, vertical or square) @ 72 dpi

JPG (in RGB format)

45K or less
